strategy and becoming.
I work in the space between strategy and execution — the place where ambitious ideas either become real, or quietly disappear into meetings, roadmaps and unclear ownership.
As Head of Digital Experience & Applications at 3Shape, I lead teams and initiatives across enterprise applications, customer-facing digital platforms, CRM, ERP, eCommerce, MarTech, UX/UI, QA, Agile delivery and integration.
This site is also about the more personal version of transformation: ambition, reinvention, leadership, identity, courage, and the rooms we need in order to speak more honestly about the lives we are building.
